I woke up around 1 a.m. and started feeling sick in ways I will not recount. I did not sleep. I felt so shitty I called into work sick after Lioness already went out and that left them with a whopping two people to answer the phones. I feel bad about that, but also I felt bad and I went back to bed for most of the day. I did more or less do my therapy appointment over the phone in sections (she got interrupted) and that's about it. I didn't get up until about 4:30.
