FUN TIMES AT KARAOKE:

Jim went back to running the karaoke, Ashley took some time off. One guy behind us yelled out, "Have Ashley do it!" when Jim was having computer trouble.

Laura (disclaimer: she's maybe around 18-21, shy and introverted, with her parents there) sang "Here's To Never Growing Up," which has swear words in it. The first time, she went dead silent, but then later started singing the swear words, to everyone's amusement. Vicki yelled out, "Laura, you're grounded!'" Later Jim told Ashley she sounded like Laura, and Stephanie yelled out, "Laura, let's get some more bad words!"

Ashley has decided that my signature song is "Gives You Hell," so I did that one. Later she tried a Pink song, chickened out-ish halfway through and had me join in. Jim then was all, "you're joining JR on Love Shack" to her.

Oh, and then there's Rance. We were wondering what the heck his kind of blurry arm tattoo said. You gotta hear this....it originally said "bum fights" and he later had someone turn it into "rum fights." You see, he was hanging out with Bam Margera at the adult porn expo and everyone was drunk and the bodyguard offered free tattoos....then they got kicked out because "no needles around the artists" and so the tattoo was finished with a power generator while driving...Later Rance, again while drunk, got the bright idea to try scrubbing the tattoo off, which did not work. Quite a story!
